Twin saga private server manual patcher1/10/2023 ![]() ![]() I wasn't even properly setup as a GM at that time either so it's not like he could just ask me to do it so you can't really pull any merit to that and by the time Bash was better and ready to work again and set me up with everything I needed to dev then we continued to work on the game until a game breaking bug occured and we decided it was best to call it quits. There was plenty of updates for the game on release but the game was already dead when Bash got busy with some real life health issues which should always come first. No there wasn't a content patch for almost a year if not a year and then when the patch did finally came the sets that were added in were worse then what was already in the game so no reason to get the new gears to AK server its numbers didn't last and same with Aeria's server. The game is fundamentally flawed and just being honest unless your pushing out at least bi-weekly updates that's why in comparison to the. I added dungeons with sets and armors and it increased the games numbers a touch but after a week the community is done with that content and are asking for the next so unless you have a full time developer on the game quite honestly you just can't keep up. Twin Saga is also a very demanding PvE game, there is no real "end game" content to the game, there's not a lot of things to do once you reach the "end game". Where as we had Eden Eternal players who a majority of players strive for PvP content and where extremely underwhelmed when they realised how bad the games PvP was and went straight back to Eden Eternal. to you also must factor in the communities that went into the game, they had a massive PvE oriented player base on their AK server so of course naturally they will try out their networks "new" game, it's most likely why they even bothered to release it on their AK network instead of what they did with their failed dragomon server where they released it on its own domain instead. There was also lots of wonky changes that the official TW server did to throw us off such as when they changed the games drop system so Bash had to figure out what they changed and how to improve ours back to what it was which was a huge task in itself. ![]() to and the constant complaints that "Ohh this dungeon is bugged because the boss is too hard" etc. The constant war between people comparing us to. There is a lot of reasons why Twin Saga failed on this network. The only reason their server even done as good is from the loss of their AK server which was on the brink of dying before they fucked up on TS. In all fairness I just knew it was better than what they were doing. I'm also not saying my work is the best btw or thinking my own shit smells like roses. So yea we had no option but to close down after the big issue as we were paying for a server that wasn't pay for itself since launch and it wasn't worth the hassle anymore. Jordan came and made a lot of content for you guys and it just didn't grow. They didn't do anything better not even anything custom, they just slowly released vanilla content and gave away a bunch of free shit and somehow that was better than the stuff we were trying. So yeah ultimately the interest to continue trying to improve the game was lost when we had a low playerbase and every idea being compared to them. We wanted to create challenges you guys wanted to play weeb dress up game and fight easy dungeons with attention spans of fish. to did it this way or that way (ie: making the game too easy). to did or im going there" or you forget about that? We were always against the wall because. What about the first 6 months of constant updates and working hard to receiving "do this because. No offense ,but this is dishonest, and untrue to why the vendetta server failed lol, Maint's were always delay there wasn't a content patch for almost a year if not a year and then when the patch did finally came the sets that were added in were worse then what was already in the game so no reason to get the new gears, it had nothing to do with making the game easy or a challenge lol.there isn't it just didn't work out, it didn't work out because there was a lot of problems with the server.

Up to 500 zombies can hunt you down at a time. Death Road to Canada is another in a long line of solid indie titles on the Switch. There's a different story every time you play, set in a world that doesn't take itself too seriously. Everything is randomized: locations, events, survivor appearances and personalities. You control and manage a car full of jerks as they explore cities, recruit weird people, argue with each other, and face gigantic swarms of slow zombies.ĭeath Road is built for replay value. The soundtrack is also very catchy, and the different chiptunes it includes definitely set the tone for the scavenging and the action.Death Road to Canada is a Randomly Generated Road Trip Simulator. I chuckled and told her that in this game, the characters die for good, which was a new concept for her.Īs for the game’s presentation, I liked the pixel art style, and it definitely fits the genre – it’s charming while still being dark, becuase, you know, zombie outbreak and death. Busy with my own zombie group to kill, I asked her what was going on, and she told me her character died and she was waiting for him to respawn. The other day I was playing in co-op with my daughter, and I wasn’t really paying attention at her as she was busy fighting a small group of zombies on her side… but I then noticed she had stopped playing. The further you progress in the game (which is identified by how many days are left until you reach Canada, starting at 15 days and counting back), the harder the events get, so if you can make it past the first handful of days you’ll definitely start to get better at the game with every step you take, every mistake you make, and every new thing you learn. This is a hard game, and I’ve even had runs in which my character got properly destroyed during the FIRST event. I can’t review Death Road to Canada without mentioning its difficulty. If you’re damaged by zombies, be sure to find a safe spot for a few seconds so that you can recover, or else the zombies will overwhelm you and end your existence! As you attack you’ll start to sweat (destroying zombies is hard!), and you’ll need to stop attacking to recover your stamina. The zombies can be hit by pressing the Square button, and I’m happy to report that hit detection is pretty much perfect, making sure that if you swing or attack at a zombie, it’s going to feel the burn. Action Co-op Indie Pixel art Rogue-like Rogue-lite Survival Zombies Release Date. You can pretty much use anything as a weapon: a meat slicer, a wooden plank, a gun, even the remaining spine or bones of the zombies you’ve defeated! There are also Zombo Points that can be secured and those grant permanent upgrades to your characters when you start a new game, so be sure to get those! There is a lot of loot available, and you’ll find consumables (food being the most important resource in the game), or you might find some weapons. When you’re not in your car, you will likely be in a small map packed with zombies, searching for loot while trying to kill every zombie in your way. This being a roguelike means that when a character dies, it is gone for good, so be careful! Despite being two years since its original release on PC, Death Road to Canada is still as brilliant as ever. ![]() Having more people with you is a must since it will increase your odds of surviving. (It was originally scheduled to release on April 25, 2018, but was delayed out of respect for a horrific vehicle attack in Toronto, Ontario. Death Road to Canada, a multiplatform title, retails on Switch for 11.99. As you go towards cities, you’ll often want to stop and select from the available options to search for some loot or even let other people to join your group. Death Road to Canada is just such a game, channeling old-school values in a way that is smart, engaging, and ultimately successful. The events themselves are truly randomized, and I found that there were a lot of different things that could happen, playing on variations on the same overall themes or categories. When you start your 15-day road-trip to the safest place on Earth, you’ll be in your car, driving around… and then a random event will happen. Once you’ve found the one you like, you’ll get to embark on this suicide mission. Why? Because there’s a zombie outbreak! As you begin, you are invited to select your starting character either using the pre-determined choice or by randomly generating a new one. In Death Road to Canada, you are following a small group of people who are traveling from Florida to the safest place on Earth: Canada. Ussr timelane1/10/2023 But the declassified files reveal nothing more about the motives for the transfer, leaving us with just the two official rationales that were published in 1954: ![]() (Apparently, the editors of Istoricheskii arkhiv were unaware that the scripted proceedings of the USSR Supreme Soviet Presidium meeting had already been published in 1954.) The documents do confirm that the move was originally approved by the Presidium of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) on 25 January 1954, paving the way for the authorizing resolution of the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet three weeks later. Unfortunately, these documents do not add anything of substance to what was published in the Soviet press 38 years earlier indeed, they are mostly identical to what was published in 1954. The first issue of the revived Istoricheskii arkhiv in 1992 contained a section about the transfer of Crimea that featured documents from the Russian Presidential Archive and from a few other archives whose collections are now housed at the State Archive of the Russian Federation (GARF). A historical-archival journal, Istoricheskii arkhiv (Historical Archive), which had been published in the USSR from 1955 until 1962, began appearing again in 1992 with transcriptions of declassified documents from the former Soviet archives. Not until 1992, just after the Soviet Union was dissolved, did additional material about this episode emerge. Nothing else about the transfer was disclosed at the time, and no further information was made available during the remainder of the Soviet era. The text of the resolution and some anodyne excerpts from the proceedings of the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet meeting on 19 February were published along with the very brief announcement. The transfer was announced in the Soviet press in late February 1954, eight days after the Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet adopted a resolution authorizing the move on 19 February. Feet springy shoes1/10/2023 Flats…ĭo you want flat feet? Fallen arches? If your feet ache at the end of the day, it may be because you’ve had zero support for your feet and no are using no real muscle support to help maintain good posture thanks to your shoe choice for the day. Not trying to scare you here, but a lot of people don’t realize the importance of their feet and how much shoe choices affect good health or risk of injury. Wearing heels all day, then putting your tennis shoes on for a run, Zumba class, or other moderate to high-impact jumping activity and you’re at an extremely high risk to pull a calf muscle or tear your Achilles tendons. Walking around on your tippy-toes in high heels shortens the Achilles tendon, tightens the calf muscles to restrict foot & ankle flexibility, and increases stress and strain on the lower back. ![]() And wearing heels for me isn’t a 9am-5pm daily occurrence, but an occasional event for a couple of hours max. But I probably try on at least 10 pairs of heels for every 1 pair I purchase, to be sure it really fits my foot and supports my arch. The legs look prettier, and I like feeling taller. They will continue to use the stride length and foot action that is the “norm” for you without conscious effort and action to move with better functional mechanics. If your spending time in flip-flops and strapless shoes, don’t expect the muscles of the toes, arches, and ankles to automatically switch gears and start working correctly when you put your Tennies on. This “flipper-action” of the toes is what strengthens the sole of the foot to keep the muscles of the arch strong and lifted. ![]() Ideally the toes work like a flipper, staying long as you roll through the ball of the foot to a high-heeled shoe position, then pushing off the ground like a flipper to propel you forward. The toes end up curling under with every step clutching to try and keep the shoe from falling off your foot. This is a bad combination that can almost guarantee back problems!Īside from the hip and back problems flip-flops and strapless shoes are creating, the muscles of the toes, arch, and ankle aren’t working right either! If the leg never gets to the back you’re hip flexor muscles and Quadriceps along the front of the thighs can get really tight, the hip extensor muscles that move the leg to the back will get weaker, or stop firing altogether. The leg swing on a normal, long stride gets behind the body and helps strengthen the lower back. How many people do you know with lower back problems? Then look at their feet and see what type of shoe they are wearing. Notice if their legs swing more in front of the body, or evenly underneath to have one leg in front, and the other leg behind the body for every step. Start looking at people walking when you’re out and about. In fact you’ll probably find yourself walking with your legs in front of the body. Your stride will be short, muscles of the hip & Glutes not working to strengthen the legs and low back. Shoe Choices – What to Wear?ĭo you like to wear flip-flops? Flip-flops and strapless shoes, whether it’s a heel or flat, clog, Birkenstock, or croc… If the shoe is not securely strapped onto your foot and ankle, your gait will be compromised. “The wrong shoes slow you down, make you fat,Īnd set you up for a lifetime of injuries.”Īccording to the American Podiatric Medical Association almost 80% of the American population has experienced foot pain! Our feet are NOT supposed to hurt! And for most people, male or female, the shoes you are wearing can be a major contributing factor to foot pain, and foot, ankle, knee, hip, and back problems. A client recently shared with me an article in Prevention Magazine by Natalie Gingerich Mackenzie called “Are Your Shoes Making You Fat?” This article explains some of the things I’ve been telling my clients for years, and demonstrates some very good reasons to make good shoe choices for a healthy body and pain-free feet! Here are some tips to help you pick shoes for healthy, pain-free feet. Is what you’re planning to wear going to be helping or hurting your feet?
